Our default shipping method is standard.

We offer international shipping to over 30 countries worldwide.

*Free/Standard Shipping: 6-12 business days or 14-28 business days for remote countries after we have contacted you for delivery.  If you are in a hurry, please refrain from this.
*Order Tracking: You can track your order using the link we will send you via email.

Baby Bee store accepts orders 24 hours a day, 365 days a year through our online store.

Order Flow:

  1. Order completion
  2. Inventory check at overseas warehouse → Order placement
  3. If the item is out of stock, the new item is received from the manufacturer at the overseas warehouse → Inspected → Stock confirmation → Order placement
  4. Shipment from overseas warehouse to customer.

Shipping Costs:

Shipping costs vary depending on the destination country and the selected shipping method.

Free Shipping:

• Orders over $50 to the US, Canada, Australia, Europe, and some Asian countries.

• Orders over 5,000 yen to Japan.

• Orders over $100 to other remote countries.

Inventory Security:

In our store, inventory is very fluid, and items may be out of stock or shipped incorrectly after an order is placed. In such cases, we will contact you by email.

Out of Stock:

Although we take great care to sell our products, they may be out of stock. If an item is out of stock, we will contact you by email.

We will contact you regarding out-of-stock or discontinued items as soon as we receive a stock status report from the manufacturer. (This usually takes about 10 business days, but there may be delays due to manufacturer circumstances.)

If an item is in stock, we will not notify you of its availability. Please note that even if an item is in stock, if it is found to be defective during inspection, it may be out of stock.

Shipping and Arrival Period:

Order Cancellation and Modification:

About Returns/Exchanges:

  • We accept returns or exchanges if the item is damaged or defective.
  • If our store is at fault, we will bear the cost of return shipping.
  • Contact us by email within 7 days of receiving the item.
  • Attach photos of the "damaged/defective part", "entire product", "packaging and address label" to your email and describe the situation in detail.
  • Please keep the cardboard boxes and packaging bags until we confirm that the product is free from defects.
  • Photos of the product packaging are necessary to determine at what stage the damage occurred.

About Long-Term Absence/Refusal to Receive:

  • If you are not present when the item is delivered, be sure to contact the delivery company within 5 days.
  • In case you are unable to collect your parcel, we will send it back to the sender.

About Imported Products:

  • The imported clothing we sell has Korean, Japanese, European, or Chinese designs and is made from Chinese products.
  • All products are non-branded goods, not branded goods.

*Most accessories, such as hats, caps, hair ties, socks, and gloves, that come with the clothes are the same for all sizes. As for the set contents of the products, we have described the product type name, product description, and image in as much detail as possible, but if you are unsure, please contact us.

Inspection standards for imported products differ from those in Japan, so production may be a bit loose. (Specifications below)

  • Seams may be loose and frayed.

  • Buttons and hooks may not be sewn on tightly.

  • The button may be a different color or shape or may be missing.

  • There may be chalk marks and discoloration.

  • There is a pattern shift.

  • Threads of different colors may be mixed into the fabric.

  • Please note that if the buttonholes are not threaded, you will need to make the holes yourself.

  • The appearance may vary depending on your monitor and brightness settings.

  • You may smell a smell unique to foreign countries.

  • The color of the same item may vary slightly.

  • Since it is an imported product, there may be differences between the photo and the fabric material.

  • Product tags may not be attached or may be torn.
